What is the dress code?

Formal/Cocktail

We encourage you to have fun and get dressed up, but please wear whatever formal attire is most comfortable for you!

We also would like to encourage you to make sustainable choices whe choosing your outfit, like choosing an old favourite, shopping secondhand or borrowing.

Will it be an unplugged ceremony?

Yes, we kindly ask that phones (or any devices) are away during the ceremony so we can all enjoy the moment and our photographer can work their magic!

What games can I bring?

We love a board game session and for our evening reception we encourage you to bring along your favourite group games that we can enjoy together (like Uno, Fluxx, Poker, Herd Mentality, Just One, Codenames etc). If you play Magic The Gathering, feel free to bring some decks along too!

Are children invited?

So you can enjoy a day off parenting duties, we have chosen to keep the day as an adults only celebration.

Can I bring a plus one?

We would like to keep our day as an intimate celebration, so we kindly ask that only guests named on the invitation submit RSVPs.

Does the venue have disabled access?

Prestwold Hall has disabled access through the front door and garden gates. Guests with mobility issues can be dropped off at the front door of the hall.

We will not be having loud music or flashing lights during the ceremony or reception and if any guests need a quiet space, there will be a room away from the main reception space.

Will allergies & dietary requirement be catered for?

Of course! Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when you RSVP, so we can pass on the details to our caterers to help accommodate everyone.

Do you have a wedding registry?

We are not asking for gifts as we already have all we need in our home.

How do you get to the venue?

Prestwold Hall is accessible by car and has free parking for wedding guests.
